Sandgate is nestled between the Cinque Port of Hythe and the town of Folkestone.
In Sandgate you can enjoy a quiet sunset on the beach or an afternoon picnic in the recreation grounds and Enbrook Park. You can look at the historical monuments and structures or enjoy a cool drink at the many Pubs and Bars.Sandgate is diverse, in people, geography and community life.

The Library: Sandgate has its own Library which is located at James Morris Court, Sandgate High Street, Sandgate (across the road from the Saga main entrance). Library opening hours are: Monday to Friday - 9am to 1pm. The Library is also the Council Office.
